Collaborate with the Creative Director on seasonal direction

Work with sourcing to drive fabric developments and yarn sourcing

Lead and mentor design team, ensuring alignment with design vision

Conduct trend research to identify emerging styles, color stories, and key silhouettes that align with brand identity

Review all prototypes and samples, providing feedback and adjustments as needed to achieve design intent

Partner with Merchandising to meet line plan business needs

Attend fittings across all ready-to-wear categories, providing guidance and maintaining standards in fit, function and aesthetic
