As VP of Design I led the brand repositioning initiative, drove the creative vision and execution for all RTW categories for DTC business, mentored the design team to successfully evolve and strategize key growth opportunities, raw material souring, led fittings from 0-3X size range, partnered with merchandising to create seasonal business strategy and growth opportunities.
On boarded and collaborated with licensees expanding into new categories and building category specific seasonal direction decks to ensure a cohesive design vision.
Brought Draper James into profitability and sale to private equity.
